This guy is a perfect example of a Sociopath & Psychopath in one body. He is very dangerous. Make no mistake about it. I don't understand why the authorities are coddling him? He is obviously playing the system for all it's worth. Can't they see that, or does someone have to open their eyes? He is as cold blooded as a snake, and might even be more venomous. I can't watch him without feeling disgusted. I'm sorry they don't have the Death Penalty in Peru. He certainly deserves it.
