A PARAMEDIC had her handbag stolen from an ambulance while she treated patients at a multiple-vehicle crash on Heathcote Rd.
Police were called to the intersection of St Georges Crescent at Sandy Point about 5.15pm yesterday.
Several people were trapped with serious injuries after three cars and a motorbike collided near the intersection.
Two men and one woman, aged in their 20s, have been taken to Liverpool Hospital where they are in a stable condition.
Three other people, including the male motorbike rider, were unharmed.
Police have been told the female paramedic returned to her ambulance to discover her handbag had been stolen.
It is described as a blue baby bag containing personal items including a digital camera.
The paramedic has appealed for the memory card to be returned.
