Two days into a trial, a Louisiana attorney told a judge that he was unqualified to provide adequate counsel for his client.
Attorney Claiborne Brown was defending Joshua Cumberland who is accused of repeatedly raping two girls, ages 6 and 9.
Brown was hired as the local co-counsel by Cumberland's lawyer who is out of state and did not attend any hearings and did not show up for trial. Read Full Post
