THE body of a woman has been found today (Sunday) in a national park near Mullumbimby on the Far-North Coast, police say.
The body is believed to be that of Krista Bernard, 41, who was last seen in Mullumbimby about 9am Thursday.
Police and emergency services located the body near Boogaren Falls at Mount Jeruselam National Park shortly after 7am.
Inquiries into the woman’s death continue and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
